I have a work flow question. If I simulate with a "simple mesh type" then the Novodex Solver is used.So I get a good rigid body simulation with low res. geo. And if I go to "Hard Quads" then the Novodex doesn't support it (because each piece has more than 255 vertices). And I get a poor simulation with a high res. geo.
So if I want a good simulation with a high res. geo I need to use "simple mesh" and then find a way in maya to copy the animation from each low res. piece to the high res. one. Is this correct?
